At the initial meeting, Visibles wedding videographers will review your overall wedding including location, style, flow, important elements, and important people participating. With that, the shots that you would absolutely wish to be captured and included in your video will be discussed. The Visibles wedding videographer will review the various package options in detail, and help you determine what Wedding Video Package would best meet your needs and budget.

Following the initial meeting, Visibles will provide you with a written proposal. The proposal will detail the wedding package, any extras, and specific instructions, along with the pricing for videotaping the wedding event as outlined. Included with this proposal will be a contract which will be required to be signed and returned with one half the total amount due in order to secure the date. The Balance will be due the day before the wedding rehearsal.

Your Visibles wedding videographers will plan to attend the wedding rehearsal with you. This is to develop an understanding of the flow of the ceremony, the layout, acoustics, and optimum placement of equipment taking into consideration any restrictions. This will assure you of a quality video of your special Wedding day.
