Complete Wedding Ceremony Coverage- Visibles Videographers will professionally capture your wedding ceremony by assuring proper, yet unobtrusive, placement of equipment. To assure the vows are audible and clear, multiple microphones will be used, including an unobtrusive wireless microphone on the groom.  Visibles Videographers will plan to attend the rehearsal and will work with you to make sure everything is beautifully captured on your wedding day!

Complete Wedding Reception Coverage- Visibles Videographers will all capture the special moments of your reception such as the wedding toast, the bridal dances, the cake cutting, the bouquet and garter tosses, and any other special events you may have planned.

Photo Montage- Visibles will create a composition set to music with pictures you provide to us.  These can be of the bride and groom as babies and various pictures of you through the years up to and including your engagement photo together.  Photos of family members can also be included.  This can be a touching retrospective!

Bride and Groom Tribute Video- Visibles Videographers will add a special edited section to your wedding video which is a tribute to the bride and groom summarizing how you met and featuring any special stories you would like to share.

Rehearsal Coverage- Some of the most spontaneous, touching, and funny moments happen at the rehearsal as you prepare for your special day!  Let Visibles Videographers capture and preserve those once in a lifetime moments for you! 

Wedding Morning Coverage- The hours leading up to the ceremony are filled with excitement, anticipation, and emotion as the bride and groom prepare for their big moment!  Visibles Videographers will cover both the bride and groom preparations and edit those into the final wedding video.

Professionally Edited DVD-Visibles Videographers will provide you with a professionally edited video that will beautifully show your wedding ceremony!

Custom DVD Packaging- Your wedding videotape will be delivered to you in a custom developed DVD package to preserve your special day as a keepsake!

The Making of Your Wedding Memories

When you choose Visibles Videography for your wedding, you will know what to expect!  There will be no uncertainty or surprises.  Because we know that there are no second chances to get the sound of the vows just right, or the look on the grooms face as he sees his bride for the first time come down the aisle, our professionals make sure everything is covered up front.  This starts at the very first meeting.

At the initial meeting, Visibles wedding videographers will review your overall wedding including location, style, flow, important elements, and important people participating.  With that, the shots that you would absolutely wish to be captured and included in your video will be discussed.  The Visibles wedding videographer will review the various package options in detail, and help you determine what Wedding Video Package would best meet your needs and budget.

Following the initial meeting, Visibles will provide you with a written proposal. The proposal will detail the wedding package, any extras, and specific instructions, along with the pricing for videotaping the wedding event as outlined.  Included with this proposal will be a contract which will be required to be signed and returned with one half the total amount due in order to secure the date.  The Balance will be due the day before the wedding rehearsal.

Your Visibles wedding videographers will plan to attend the wedding rehearsal with you.  This is to develop an understanding of the flow of the ceremony, the layout, acoustics, and optimum placement of equipment taking into consideration any restrictions.  This will assure you of a quality video of your special Wedding day.
