Spirit wear that doesn't fall on one volunteer.
Whether you're outfitting a PTA, a booster club, a staff team, or a nonprofit walk — we build the program around your audience, your season, and your budget. You approve. We deliver.
Three Spirit Wear Tiers — All Built Around You
Every tier is a starting point — not a fixed package. Apparel, decoration, quantities, and timing are all customized to your audience, season, and budget. Read our free Planning Guide →

Schools. Boosters. Workplaces. Nonprofits.
Whatever you're outfitting, your program lives here — built for your audience, your season, your event.
For PTA presidents, hospitality chairs, treasurers, and the school secretaries and principals who actually keep things moving. Fall spirit wear before school starts. Teacher Appreciation Week kits in May. The new board takes over in May and inherits the program — not a vendor scramble.

For booster presidents, merchandise coordinators, and treasurers — football boosters, band parents, swim team, every sport. Pre-sale spirit wear that pays the program. Senior Night gear that parents keep. The fundraising margin lands on the program — typically 40–60% of retail.

For HR directors, office managers, and the people running staff appreciation, employee events, and corporate culture programs. Apparel that holds up to the wash, fits a range of bodies, and reads as one brand. Your team looks like one team across every event, every season, every photo.

For executive directors, development directors, and volunteer coordinators running awareness walks, peer-to-peer fundraising events, donor recognition, and volunteer apparel. Programs we’ve run have produced up to 35% higher donation rates compared to non-branded events.

No surprises, no scrambling, no chasing us for updates.
First, we talk through your audience and your season.
Who's wearing it. When you need it. What's worked or not worked before. Twenty minutes by phone or text, no commitment.
Then we build your program.
We come back with apparel options, design direction, sizes and quantities, and a timeline that lands when you need it. You see the full plan before you commit.
You approve. We produce.
Your Account Partner walks you through the proof, you sign off, and production starts. You see what's happening; you don't have to chase it.
We deliver on your timeline.
Bulk delivery to one address, split shipments, individual ship-to-participant — your choice. The program is done when your audience has it in hand, not when our truck leaves.

How to Build It
One partner runs the program — design, sourcing, decoration, fulfillment. You don't manage four vendors.
Common Questions Before You Start
Programs & Fundraising
What's our profit to the program if we sell spirit wear as a fundraiser?
Spirit wear programs typically return 40–60% of retail back to the program — the booster club, the PTA, the foundation. The exact margin depends on apparel selection, quantity, and design complexity. We walk through the math up front.
Can we keep selling spirit wear year-round after the season?
Yes — through our Online Stores program. Some PTAs and boosters run a focused pre-sale program with us for the season, then keep an online store open year-round for parent reorders, alumni, and ongoing fan gear.
We've used a campaign-style fundraising platform before. How is this different?
Campaign platforms run a window — you launch, you sell, you close. Our spirit wear programs are built once and run on the calendar that fits your audience, with the apparel and design you control. The program is the spine, not the campaign.
Design & Customization
Do we need a design ready, or can you help us build one?
Either way works. If you have a logo and a direction, we'll build the apparel program around it. If you don't, your Account Partner walks you through design — color palette, type treatment, layout — so the spirit wear reads as one brand.
Can we ship spirit wear directly to participants instead of one bulk delivery?
Yes. We can deliver one bulk shipment to a single address (most common) or ship individually to each participant — useful for fully remote teams, multi-location nonprofits, or alumni programs. Both are part of how we plan the program.
Can we match a specific brand color exactly?
If you have brand color values (Pantone, hex, CMYK), we'll match them in the design and decoration process. Apparel color is a separate question — we work from in-stock apparel colors that get close to your brand, and can run dye-matched apparel on enough volume.
Timeline & Quantities
How long does a spirit wear program take from quote to delivery?
A typical fall spirit wear program runs four to six weeks from your approval to delivery. Tighter timelines are sometimes possible, but we'll be honest about what's realistic. The cleanest programs start in May–June for fall delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Practical minimums depend on the apparel and decoration method — screen printing economics work best from about 24 pieces per design, embroidery starts lower. We'll talk through what's economical rather than turning away small programs.
What if we need to add quantities or sizes after the order is placed?
Reorders are part of how spirit wear programs actually work — kids hit growth spurts, staff hires after the order ships, fan gear sells out. We plan for it. Your Account Partner sets up reorder pricing in the original quote.
40–60% of retail goes back to your program.
Spirit wear is a great fundraiser for your organization. We build the program so the profit to the program lands on your booster club, your PTA, your foundation — not on platform fees.
