Programs & Fundraising
What's our profit to the program if we sell spirit wear as a fundraiser?
Spirit wear programs typically return 40–60% of retail back to the program — the booster club, the PTA, the foundation. The exact margin depends on apparel selection, quantity, and design complexity. We walk through the math up front.
Can we keep selling spirit wear year-round after the season?
Yes — through our Online Stores program. Some PTAs and boosters run a focused pre-sale program with us for the season, then keep an online store open year-round for parent reorders, alumni, and ongoing fan gear.
We've used a campaign-style fundraising platform before. How is this different?
Campaign platforms run a window — you launch, you sell, you close. Our spirit wear programs are built once and run on the calendar that fits your audience, with the apparel and design you control. The program is the spine, not the campaign.
Design & Customization
Do we need a design ready, or can you help us build one?
Either way works. If you have a logo and a direction, we'll build the apparel program around it. If you don't, your Account Partner walks you through design — color palette, type treatment, layout — so the spirit wear reads as one brand.
Can we ship spirit wear directly to participants instead of one bulk delivery?
Yes. We can deliver one bulk shipment to a single address (most common) or ship individually to each participant — useful for fully remote teams, multi-location nonprofits, or alumni programs. Both are part of how we plan the program.
Can we match a specific brand color exactly?
If you have brand color values (Pantone, hex, CMYK), we'll match them in the design and decoration process. Apparel color is a separate question — we work from in-stock apparel colors that get close to your brand, and can run dye-matched apparel on enough volume.
Timeline & Quantities
How long does a spirit wear program take from quote to delivery?
A typical fall spirit wear program runs four to six weeks from your approval to delivery. Tighter timelines are sometimes possible, but we'll be honest about what's realistic. The cleanest programs start in May–June for fall delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Practical minimums depend on the apparel and decoration method — screen printing economics work best from about 24 pieces per design, embroidery starts lower. We'll talk through what's economical rather than turning away small programs.
What if we need to add quantities or sizes after the order is placed?
Reorders are part of how spirit wear programs actually work — kids hit growth spurts, staff hires after the order ships, fan gear sells out. We plan for it. Your Account Partner sets up reorder pricing in the original quote.
