This isn’t small print—it’s the real deal. When you do business with Visibles, you’re partnering with a crew that’s all-in on quality, clarity, and transparency. Below is everything you need to know before placing an order. It’s the kind of stuff most people skip—but we recommend giving it a quick read.
Once you hit “go”—whether that’s by email, phone, in person, or even fax—it’s game on. Your order is officially on our radar, and that means you’re agreeing to play by our rules. No extra paperwork needed. No “we’ll get back to you.” Once your order’s in, it’s locked in with our terms. Anything you send that contradicts the terms below gets tossed out—simple as that. This is a full, binding agreement under Michigan law.
We aim to hit your exact quantity—but this isn’t print-on-demand. Slight variances happen in custom production. We reserve the right to ship up to 10% more or less than you ordered. You’ll be billed or credited accordingly.
Changed your mind? We get it. But once your order is in motion, it's tough to hit pause. If we can cancel, we will—but any work already done is on your tab. Once you approve your artwork, it’s a done deal. No backsies. Full payment is required.
We collect Michigan sales tax because we legally have to. If you’re tax-exempt, send us your resale certificate before we process your order. No cert, no exemption.
As soon as your branded goods hit the hands of the shipping carrier, they’re yours. That means you own them—and we can't take them back. Custom = no returns.
We don’t control the weather, freight delays, or supply chain hiccups. We’ll get your goods out the door as fast as possible, but Visibles isn’t responsible for delivery delays caused by outside forces.
By placing your order, you agree that Visibles and our delivery partners can leave your order at the destination without a signature. Once delivery is confirmed, it’s your responsibility. We’re not liable for what happens post-delivery unless it’s noted otherwise in writing.
If your shipment shows up damaged—tell the driver immediately. For hidden damage, you’ve got 15 days to report it to the carrier. If we don’t hear from you in that window, you waive the right to file a claim.
Color may vary slightly from one production run to the next. It’s part of the process. Dye lots, fabrics, and finishes can shift—so expect slight differences. It’s all within industry standards.
If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll repair, refund, or replace it. That’s our cap. We don’t offer any other guarantees, and we’re not liable for anything beyond the actual cost of your order. No implied warranties.
If you send us artwork, images, or text that infringes on someone else’s rights, that’s on you—not us. You agree to cover all costs, damages, and legal fees if any intellectual property issues arise from the stuff you provide.
This agreement follows the laws of Michigan. Any legal scuffles happen in Oakland County, Michigan.
If one clause here is ruled unenforceable, the rest still stand. Nothing breaks just because one piece fails.
New to Visibles? Or haven’t ordered in 18+ months? Prepay in full via cash, credit card, or check. We’ll need a completed Customer Master Record before we start anything.
If paying by credit card, you must submit a signed Credit Card Authorization Form.
We might extend credit—after vetting your financials, supplier history, and payment behavior. Here’s what we need first:
If approved, your credit limit is based on your last 3 completed orders. Bigger order? Pay the difference up front.
Your terms will fall into one of these buckets (based on your review):
Miss the deadline? Expect late fees and possible credit suspension.
Your account goes on credit hold if:
Orders won’t move forward until the issue is resolved and prepayment kicks in.
Unpaid balances past terms will incur the greater of $10 or 1.5% per month.
Before we escalate, we’ll:
We’ll contact you up to 3 times via phone, email, fax, or letter. If there’s still no payment, we reserve the right to pursue legal action—including collecting fees, interest, and attorney costs.
We can reevaluate your credit status anytime. You may be asked to submit an updated credit app.
